Delivery on consumables
We operate a next day service where possible but cannot guarantee this as we rely on a third party courier company who will not provide such a guarantee.
At present over 92% of our parcels are delivered the next working day because we endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as we can. Many of our orders are delivered earlier than expected because we request an early delivery.
All orders must be placed before 11 am Monday to Thursday to insure where possible next day delivery. Orders placed on Friday wil be subject to delivery on the following Monday.
In the rare event we are out of stock we will deliver the items as soon as possible.
Delivery on machine equipment
Delivery on all machines will be between 2 – 14 days after payment received.
Delivery times depend on the type of equipment chosen. Some machines, which may be less common or require specific functions, may take marginally longer than more common machines held in our own stock. We will contact you in any case, upon any equipment purchase.
Orders above £100 are inclusive of any standard delivery charges.
Orders under £100 regrettably will incur a delivery charge of £8.95 plus vat.
The delivery charge is calculated by the total price of all items ordered; this is automatically calculated in the shopping cart for you.
Machine equipment may be charged additional shipping cost and it will be indicated in the shopping cart.

If you would like to return accessories or consumables, which are not faulty, we will accept them up to 3 days after you received the goods. The received date will be taken as that when the goods were signed for by our courier.
We are able to accept goods that are unused, unopened and in same condition in which they were delivered.
We will issue a refund once the goods are returned and we are satisfied that they are in a re-sellable condition and have not been used or opened.
We reserve the right to charge the higher £16 or 5% of the goods value, as a contribution to the handling, re-stocking and re-funding fee.
The cost and responsibility of returning unwanted or non faulty goods will be the liability of the customer.
Please note that in the rare occurrance of delivered goods been damaged or been faulty, customers have 3 days after receipt of the goods to notify us of the fault or the damage. We will gladly replace this goods at our expense.
Refund on returned goods will be given by way of the credit or debit cards used and a receipt will be issued. Orders paid for by cheque or cash will be refunded by company cheque.
You may cancel your consumables and accessories order up until the point at which the order as been despatched to our courier. If an order as been cancelled prior to despatch any charges or payments made by the customer will be refunded in full.
If the order is cancelled and the goods have already been despatched to our courier it will be treated as Returning of Goods(please see Returning Goods Policy).
By purchasing machine equipment or entering into a lease agreement on machine equipment the above conditions apply. A period of 24 hours grace is given in which the customer as to cancel the order. After such time you cannot cancel your order.
All goods remain the property of Coffechino Ltd until paid for in full.
